Property description The core of the house was completed in 1998 and was in excellent condition. According to today's needs, however, it no longer fulfilled all requirements. This property was now renovated from the ground up and a villa was developed from it that is second to none. From a villa with a pointed roof, a villa with a roof terrace was developed, on which one now finds approx. 200 m² of usable space. Here on the ground floor, one enters the Villa Vista Mar y Golf through a generous portal into an open hall and directly finds a light-flooded villa and puts the Mediterranean lifestyle in the centre, which one can enjoy here all year round. A glazed bodega to the left, opposite an open designed staircase up to the roof terrace and a glazed wellness area. The entire villa is finished with first class materials. The floors are in cream coloured natural stone, which due to its nature leaves a noble and stylish impression. All interior doors were custom-made and floor-to-ceiling in polished oak. This first-class material was also used for all built-in wardrobes and dressing rooms. The windows were fitted to a high standard and fitted with electric blinds. Approximately 90% of the windows are floor-to-ceiling. The colour concept was partially rounded off with elements clad in natural stone.

The garden area conveys an atmosphere of tranquillity. Here we decided on a self-cleaning salt water pool, which is embedded in Mediterranean plants.
